About me
I was born in Baltimore, Maryland but raised in the South since I was 10 years old. I would call myself an “Italian Southerner.” You wouldn’t know by my last name, Musgrove but I am a 100% Italian, LaPaglia/Palmisano and no I don’t cook. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University. The only university that says, “Let’s Go Peay!” I was fortunate that WMBIRD gave me an opportunity to get into the flooring industry 10.5 years ago. My previous employer was Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles as an Account Executive for 9.5 years. I was able to see some beautiful residential architecture and designs in Atlanta. I was in media sales for 25 years working for some of the largest media companies in the US. I started in the flooring industry with William Bird Company for 10.5 years and will retire in flooring.
